Can you add a second handrail to existing stairs?
In many cases, yes. We look at how the stairs are built and add a handrail that is properly secured.
Do you build in winter?
Smaller jobs that don't need a building permit or utility locates can often be done through the winter. Ask us about yours.
What does the warranty cover?
New work comes with a 2-year warranty on our workmanship. Railing systems and hardware carry their manufacturers' own warranties. When the warranty period ends, we come back at no charge to check that everything is right and adjust anything that needs it. Every situation is individual, so if something doesn't look right, just call or text us. A visit and assessment are always free, even after the warranty period.
