Yes. Licensed electricians and plumbers work under our coordination, so you deal with one team and one schedule.
Do you work on commercial spaces?
Yes. We take on residential and commercial projects of any kind, from a single feature wall to a full fit-out, and plan the work around your schedule.
Do you do renovations?
Yes, from a single room to a full interior: framing, drywall, doors, floors and finishing carpentry, with licensed trades where needed.
Can I see the design before you build?
Yes. We prepare a 3D design so you can see the result and make changes before production starts.
What does the warranty cover?
New work comes with a 2-year warranty on our workmanship. Appliances, fixtures and cabinet hardware carry their manufacturers' own warranties. When the warranty period ends, we come back at no charge to check that everything is right and adjust anything that needs it. Every situation is individual, so if something doesn't look right, just call or text us. A visit and assessment are always free, even after the warranty period.
