Every project starts with a free visit. Dmitriy looks at your space, listens to what you want and gives you honest recommendations, with reasoned options so you can choose what fits.

My deck has sunk in the middle. Can it be fixed?
Often, yes. A deck can usually be re-supported and levelled from below, sometimes on adjustable footings so it can be adjusted again if the ground moves. The sooner it is looked at, the simpler the fix.
Oil or stain?
We use both, and choose based on your wood and how you want it to look.
How long does a restoration take?
Most decks and fences take a few days, depending on size, repairs and drying weather. You get a clear schedule with your quote.
What does the warranty cover?
Restoration work comes with a 1-year warranty on our workmanship. How long a finish lasts also depends on sun, snow and use, so we'll tell you what to expect for your deck or fence. Stain and oil products carry their manufacturers' own terms. When the warranty period ends, we come back at no charge to check that everything is right and adjust anything that needs it. Every situation is individual, so if something doesn't look right, just call or text us. A visit and assessment are always free, even after the warranty period.
