Often, yes. We check how the deck is built and how the pergola would be supported before recommending anything.
How tall can a privacy wall be?
That depends on where it goes and the rules for your property. Dmitriy will go over it during the estimate.
What does the warranty cover?
New work comes with a 2-year warranty on our workmanship. Materials and hardware carry their manufacturers' own warranties. When the warranty period ends, we come back at no charge to check that everything is right and adjust anything that needs it. Every situation is individual, so if something doesn't look right, just call or text us. A visit and assessment are always free, even after the warranty period.
